Vanilla ‘Kipferl’

Ingredients:

Dough
6.3 oz butter
2.5 oz almonds
1.8 oz sugar
1 pc. egg yolk
7.4 oz flour

Topping
7.0 oz powder sugar
3 tbsp. powder sugar and fresh vanilla or vanilla sugar-mix

Directions:
Mix everything together until you get a creamy looking dough.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 1/2 hours
Form ‘Kipferl’- half moon shapes-the end need to be smaller than the middle part
Bake them at 350 degrees C until the ends turn a bit ‘brownish’
Roll them in powder sugar & fresh vanilla mixture while they are are still warms
