Ingredients
veal or pork cutlets
salt
pepper
flour
bread crumbs
3 eggs

Directions
whip eggs in bowl
pound meat on both sides
lightly salt and pepper both sides of meat
dip meat in flour ( both sides)
wash meat in egg
dip meat in bread crumbs ( both sides)
fry on skillet or in pan until golden brown
