Taste the rainbow with these layered rainbow smoothies!
Here’s what you need:
2 ½ frozen bananas (½ per color)
1 ¼ cups of plain Greek Yogurt (¼ cup per color)
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup baby spinach
¼ cup frozen blueberries
2 TBSP honey
How to make it:
Step 1: Split frozen bananas into 5 portions
Step 2: Make the layers one by one in a cup
Red Layer: Combine 1 portion of banana, ¼ cup of yogurt with strawberries and blend
Orange Layer: Repeat the same process with mango
Yellow Layer: Use the pineapple
Green Layer: Use the pineapple spinach and honey
Blue Layer: Use the blueberries
Serve and enjoy!
